Food on the Edge International is a two-day symposium that takes place annually in Ireland. It is for chefs & food enthusiasts all around the world who want to create a better global network where you can listen to talks and debate about the future of food in our industry and on our planet. Anna is launching a fine-dining pop-up at The Conrad in Dublin. Anna plans on using the most delicious ingredients from the incredible producers Ireland has to offer. She will be revamping old Irish recipes, making them lighter and more refined; her signature way of cooking.
