Anna opened Myrtle Restaurant in 2019. A proud mother and our fierce leader. She encourages the team to fulfil their potential. She looks to them to help generate new ideas to ensure Myrtle Restaurant always delivers a memorable experience for it's customers. She has previously worked for great chefs such as Philp Howard, Derry Clarke, Gordon Ramsay and Gualtiero Marchesi.

Restaurant Manager

Daniel arrived to London in 2018 after being headhunted for the position of Restaurant Manager. His vision and hard work is reflected on the floor by the high quality, relaxed service Myrtle prides itself on.

PAVEL
Senior Sous Chef

Pavel has worked with Anna for many years. 

A self proclaimed 'Polyglot'. Nobody knows how many languages exactly he speaks, not even himself!

He is fast, sharp, reliable and kind-hearted. 

Pavel is always keen to share the knowledge he has gathered over the last 15 years of cooking in top kitchens to help develop the other members of the team.

Junior Sous Chef

After years of studies in creative arts and visual communication, Georgia decided to turn her hand to the creative art of cooking and it lit an unexpected fire. 

She is driven by visceral need to fix, fulfil and improve her personal development as a chef (and sometimes as a human).

A truly lovable and empathetic character in the team. Although, well hidden behind a shady and severe look (her words not ours!)
