The Myrtle Service Academy is a front of house training program to teach aspiring waiters, sommeliers and bar tenders how to understand and deliver modern Irish service. The academy is an apprenticeship scheme and is open to all ages. 

You’ll learn about Modern Irish style of customer service, the importance of service timing, human psychology and anticipating customers needs + much more!

The skills you will develop will enable you to fast track your career in hospitality. 


The program is an 18 month hands-on and study based apprenticeship. With Myrtle Restaurant's experienced leadership and your hard work and dedication you can obtain full-time employment and NVQ and WSET qualifications.
